End-to-End Management
- Lead day-to-day management and ensure the smooth operation of diverse digital projects, encompassing full rebrands, site launches, app design, and marketing campaigns.
- Define project scope, monitor budgets, and align project goals with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans and proactively identify and resolve potential issues or risks.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure task delegation and project alignment.
- Organize and guide the team, setting clear action items and deadlines.
- Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and objectives.
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or malfunctions, promoting proactive issue resolution.
- Seek opportunities for process improvement and recommend new project initiatives.

- Efficiently organize the team, providing specific action items and steps for each project:

- Communicate deliverables for each design sprint.
- Uphold deadline adherence within the team.
- Maintain open and effective communication with the team to identify issues that may impact the project's progress.
- Propose solutions in collaboration with the team when project challenges arise.
- Establish regular internal sync meetings to monitor project progress and prevent surprises.
- Ensure effective client collaboration:
- Secure timely and consensual feedback.
- Educate clients on our operational procedures so they adapt to our workflow.
- Gather the required information for each project stage.
- Advocate assertively with clients when they fail to provide necessary materials.
- Communicate the consequences of client actions, such as delays affecting the project roadmap.
