You will be instrumental in guiding the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs, and leading a team of talented engineers towards delivering innovative and impactful technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership and Client Interaction
- Take ownership of all technical aspects of digital project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, diving deep into their problem domains to understand and address their needs effectively.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to finalize architecture and technology choices, ensuring optimal solutions are devised and implemented.
Project Management and Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and UI/UX Designers to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution, aligning technical strategies with design and management aspects.
- Lead scoping, estimation, and planning activities for new projects, providing technical insight and direction.
- Manage project scope, requirements, risks, dependencies, and deliverables continuously, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
Team Leadership and Development
- Guide and mentor a team of skilled engineers, fostering an environment of learning and excellence.
- Ensure the technical team's efforts are aligned with project goals and client expectations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
