At Brightscout, the UX Designer will play a pivotal role in crafting user-centric design solutions for our diverse range of digital projects, including new website builds, website revamps, and mobile/web app interfaces. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional who thrives on understanding user needs and translating them into smooth, intuitive interfaces. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, especially our project managers, is essential in this role.

Responsibilities

User Research and Testing

• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop and test user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Analyze user feedback and analytics to refine and optimize designs.

Design Development

• Utilize design thinking methodologies to empathize with users, define pain points, ideate solutions, prototype, and test designs.
• Ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and web apps.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to align design objectives with project goals and timelines.

Team Collaboration

• Work in tandem with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement design solutions effectively.
• Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates on design progress and receiving feedback for iterative improvement.
• Understand and translate technical and non-technical requirements into user-friendly designs.
